Our aim at Gosford Preschool is:
- To provide a safe, friendly, inviting and dynamic learning environment for Children, Parents, Educators and the Community
- To provide documentation to inform parents about their child’s learning
- To promote the Preschool and our philosophy of Preschool Education in the local community
- To encourage a greater understanding of Education in the Preschool years
- To regularly review the Centre’s Policies and Procedures in relation to Early Childhood Research
- To help every child enjoy a successful transition from preschool to school
- To provide an Educational Program that reflects the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and captures the 5 learning outcomes of Preschool Education:
- Children have a strong sense of identity
- Children are connected with and contribute to their world
- Children have a strong sense of well being
- Children are confident and involved learners
- Children are effective communicators.
